Everyone, including Keynote and Invited Speakers, Symposia Chairs & Co-Chairs must register online to confirm their attendance. Please do so by 10 Apr 2015
Reduced Fee - Successful Applicants must pay fees by 22 Jun 2015 or the offer automatically lapses
Late payment may result in the abstract not being included in the conference program and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference
The maximum limit for each presenter/author or paid meeting registration is TWO Abstracts/Presentations.

Registration Policy (Conference Registration Opens 9 Feb 2015)

1. Registration Fees
1.1 Must be received in Singapore Dollars only.
1.2 Main Conference Fees Include:
1.2.1 Two years of MRS-S membership fees
1.2.2 Access to all conference sessions
1.2.3 Daily Coffee/Tea breaks and lunches
1.2.4 Complimentary ICMAT2015 program book, limited to one copy per paid registrant
1.3 Conference Banquet (Date and venue to be confirmed)
1.3.1 Main conference fees exclude access to the conference banquet. A limited number of tickets are available for purchase and acceptance confirmation is subject to payment being received and places being available at the end of the registration period.
1.3.2 All Invited Speakers, Symposia Chairs/Co-Chairs are eligible to attend the conference banquet, compliments MRS-S. Please confirm attendance at the time of registration.
1.4 Registration Category
1.4.1 MRS-S Member – applicable to members of the Materials Research Society - Singapore

1.4.2 Student
  1. Applicable to Students from any university. Proof of student status will be required at the time of registration. See also point (b) below.
  2. Proof of student status can take the form of an official letter from the university or a student card, in English. At the very least, it should provide the following information:
    - Student Name
    - Student matriculation number (student ID with photograph)
    - Expiration/Expected Graduation date (This cannot be before conference start date)
    - Name of University/Institution
1.4.3 Premier Sponsor
  1. Applicable to Staff and Students of the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and National University of Singapore (NUS) only.

1.5 Terms and Conditions
1.5.1 Authors need complete their meeting registration and pay fees (if applicable) by 10 Apr 2015. Late payment may result in the abstract not being included in the conference program and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference.
1.5.2 The maximum limit for each presenter/author or paid meeting registration is TWO Abstracts/Presentations.
1.5.3 Discounted Rate applies for fees received by 10 Apr, 2015.
1.5.4 Normal Rate applies for fees received by 22 Jun, 2015 (not applicable to authors/presenters who must register and pay fees by 10 Apr 2015)
1.5.5 Late/Onsite Rate is applicable for fees paid after 22 Jun, 2015 (not applicable to authors/presenters who must register and pay fees by 10 Apr 2015)
1.5.6 Any fee amount owing to the conference will be recovered online or collected onsite upon check-in at the registration desks.
1.5.7 For walk-in registration, late/payment onsite, standard conference items (e.g. printed programme and conference bags) are available only while stocks last.
1.5.8 For “Additional Purchases (Optional)”, purchase confirmation is subject to payment being received and only while stocks last.
2. Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy
2.1 Is applicable to any purchases, including banquet, conference registration, optional items, etc.
2.2 There will be no refund for "No-Show" registrants and the organizers will not entertain requests to mail out any conference publications and or materials to such individuals.
2.3 There will be no refund for cancellation/withdrawal received after 15 May 2015.
2.4 For cancellation notices received before 15 May 2015, a 70% of payment received will be refunded. Note: a SGD86 administrative fee applies.

15 Jun 2015 will be the last day for accepting payment by this method.

An additional SGD86 administrative fee will be charged to anyone who chooses this payment method. Please add the amount to your payment.

4. Payment Onsite
Not applicable to Authors/Presenters who must register and pay fees by 10 Apr 2015.
