ICMAT 2009 and Prof. B.V.R. Chowdari won the Association Conference Award and Business Event Ambassador Award respectively

MRS-S is pleased to announce that the ICMAT-2009 has just won the ‘Association Conference Award 2010’ presented by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). The Association Conference Award of the year recognizes an association conference and the organizers that have demonstrated excellence in organizing and delivering a quality event for association members in terms of project management, growth and sustainability of the event, contribution to the industry growth and service excellence.

 Apart from the above, Prof. B.V.R. Chowdari, President of MRS-S and Chairman of the ICMAT series of Conferences, has also won the ‘Business Event Ambassador Award’, which honors an individual from a trade or professional association (outside the Meeting, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions industry), whose contribution has had a significant impact on the development of the business events industry in Singapore.

The Awards Function was held on Oct., 28, 2010 in Singapore. Hearty Congratulations to Prof. B.V.R. Chowdari.
