Scope of Symposium

This symposium include two sessions as follows

Session A: Advanced Materials Characterizations using Synchrotron Light Sources
Material Discovery and Function Characterization by Advanced Synchrotron Techniques

With their intrinsic genes of multi-disciplinary interaction and international collaboration, modern synchrotron facilities are playing more and more important roles in revealing structural and functional properties of novel materials by their advanced synchrotron techniques such as X-ray scattering, X-ray diffraction, imaging and spectroscopy. This symposium is organized to focus on recent advances of functional materials discovered by synchrotron techniques and to cover aspects of following topics, but not limited to:
