Scope of Symposium

The Symposium P invites high-quality research works in the area of Semiconductor Lighting and Displays. The main goal is to bring together professionals, scientists, business leaders, innovators, and industrialists who work in the field and to foster the exchange of information, ideas and experiences among them in this fast-growing and exciting field. We look forward to your participation to make this symposium a success. Papers presenting original work in, but not limited to, the following technical areas are invited:

  • Crystal Growth and Epitaxy, Organic/Inorganic Solid-State Lighting, Phosphors and Nanophosphors, LED Heat Management, LED Packaging, Smart Windows, Electronic Papers, and Low Power Displays

  • Nano-Materials for Lighting/Displays, Design and Fabrication of Nanostructures for LEDs, Fabrication and Characterization of LED Materials and Devices, Laser-Assisted Manufacturing, Semiconductor Lasers and LEDs
