- Synthesis and fabrication of nanometerials for LED, laser, and photodetection applications
- Organic/Inorganic solid-state lighting: Crystal growth, device architecture and packaging
- Synthesis and application of phosphors and nanophosphors for solid-state lighting
- Novel design of organic and inorganic nanostructured light emitting or detecting materials
- New methods/strategies for device fabrication and characterization
- Optical and electrical pumped lasers: materials and devices
- Emerging technologies in light emitting and detection devices
- Theory and modelling of LED and laser devices
- High performance UV and visible light detectors based on nanomaterial

- Publication in Procedia, Elsevier

Proceedings

The manuscripts of all those papers that are presented at the conference and accepted after peer review will be published online in "Procedia Engineering" by Elsevier. Details for online submission of the manuscripts will be made available by concerned symposium chair while accepting the paper for presentation at the conference.
