ONLINE HOTEL RESERVATION CLOSED

Please ensure that you have read and understood the reservation procedure and cancellation policy before your proceed to make your reservation.

Online reservation can be made using the SAME login ID you have used to register for the conference. Hotel reservation must be made using credit card (Visa or MasterCard) only

Reservation Procedure

  1. Complete the online hotel reservation form and select the payment mode as “Visa” or “MasterCard”.
  2. You will be re-directed to a secured payment portal by WorldPay to perform your online payment.
  3. A 4% online processing fee is included in the first-night deposit.
  4. Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from WorldPay, followed by an acknowledgment email from the conference manager within the next working day.
  5. ONLY A ONE-NIGHT DEPOSIT (equivalent to the room rate of your selected hotel) will be charged to you credit card. Payment for the remaining room nights is to be made directly to the hotel upon check-out.
  6. RECEIPT OF THE ONE-NIGHT DEPOSIT PAYMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION. Your reservation will be subjected to the availability of room(s) at the selected hotel. Your reservation confirmation will be sent to you via email within one week of receipt of payment.
  7. Please note that if you have used another person’s credit card to make the payment, you will be requested to submit the credit card authorization form. This form will be sent to you by email.
  8. The merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be “Integrated Meetings Specialist (Holdings) Pte Ltd”.
  9. Please note that you can only check-in to your room from 14:00 hrs on the date of check-in. If you are arriving early in the morning and wish to check-in upon arrival, you will have to reserve the room starting from the day before.
  10. The check-out time at the hotels is 12 noon on the day of check-out.

Cancellation Policy:

  • A 50% refund of the first night deposit will be given for cancellations made in writing and received by the conference manager on or before 1 June 2007.
  • There will be no refund for cancellation made after 1 June 2007
  • An administrative fee of SGD 50.00 would be charged for every amendment made after confirmation of reservation.
  • Should you fail to check-in to the hotel at the stated check-in date, your one-night deposit will be forfeited and the reservation for the rest of the room nights will be automatically cancelled.
  • If there are no more rooms available at the hotel of your choice, alternative hotel(s) in a similar category will be recommended for your consideration. Should you choose not to make your reservation then, your one-night deposit will be refunded to you after deduction of the 4% online processing fee.
