Call for Abstracts

Abstracts Submission Closed on 15 February 2007.

Notification of acceptance sent in March 2007

All submissions are to be done electronically via the online submission system. Submissions by email/fax are not accepted.

Authors are invited to submit their abstract(s) electronically via the conference website by 15 February 2007.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Click on the “Submit Abstract” link below to create a login ID and password for yourself.
  2. After logging in, complete the personal particulars form, and proceed to submit your abstract by clicking on the link to the abstracts submission on the main menu.
  3. Please prepare your abstracts of less than 300 words using the prescribed template.
  4. The abstract submitted should be relevant to the symposium for which the abstract is being submitted; it should contain a title, aim of study, brief description of methodology, salient results, conclusion and significance of the paper. Please DO NOT include tables / figures in your abstract(s).
  5. Abstracts that do not conform to the prescribed format will not be accepted for review.
  6. Authors submitting to Symposium P – Electromagnetic Materials are requested to follow the submission guidelines posted on the symposium’s page Symposium P Submission Guidelines

NOTE:

  1. Each author can submit up to two (02) abstracts for invited, oral or poster presentations. The system would automatically remove the link for another submission once you have submitted 2 abstracts as a presenting author.
  2. The above author is expected to be the registered participant of the conference.
  3. Each registration is entitled to two (02) presentations (oral or poster) at the conference.
  4. The above author can be a co-author of any number of abstract provided he/she is NOT the presenting author.
